Network / Desktop Support

Job Title: Network / Desktop Support
Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh / Jubail.
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Network cum Desktop Support Officer to provide comprehensive IT support across both desktop and network environments. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems while ensuring smooth and secure network operations. The ideal candidate will deliver timely technical assistance, maintain network reliability, and support end-users to keep business-critical IT services running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows) and enterprise applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security checks to maintain device integrity.
• Assist in configuring and troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
• Document support activities, resolutions, and system changes for knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors for equipment repairs, replacements, and procurement when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to company IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection regulations.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Assist in implementing network security measures and data protection protocols.

• General IT Administration o Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, hardware, and software licenses. o Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements, warranty claims, and procurement. o Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity standards.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in English Medium (BSc / BCom Computers, or related field.
• Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
• 3 to 5 years of combined experience in desktop and network support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Hands-on experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Monthly Salary: SAR 3,500 – 4,500

Project Estimation Engineer

Job Title: Project Estimation Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Project Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate project cost estimates, analyze drawings and specifications, and support tendering and bidding activities. The role plays a critical part in pricing strategy, cost control, and ensuring commercially viable project execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed project cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Develop cost breakdown structures and project budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during estimation.
• Obtain, analyze, and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Assist in tender preparation, pricing, and bid submissions.
• Identify cost risks, assumptions, and value engineering opportunities.
• Maintain historical cost data, benchmarks, and estimation databases.
• Support post-award activities, including cost control and variation estimates.
• Ensure estimates align with contractual, technical, and commercial requirements.
 
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ECE or Networking Hardware or Telecom or relevant discipline).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project estimation and tendering.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and market rates.
• Experience in GCC projects preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and any estimation software.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Accountant

Job Title: Accountant

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements. The role supports financial reporting, taxation, audits, and overall financial control to enable informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Record financial transactions, journal entries, and adjustments in accounting systems.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash, and intercompany accounts.
• Manage invoicing, collections, and payment processing.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments on financial matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (English medium).
• 3 to 6 years of relevant accounting experience (GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
